Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an unmanned ship course stabilizing device and a maneuverability dynamic adjusting method. The device is composed of two sets of stabilizing structures which are symmetrically arranged. The two stable structures are installed on the left and right sides of the stern of the ship body. The stabilizing structure comprises a stabilizing fin and a stabilizing fin up-and-down movement driving mechanism; the stabilizing fin up-and-down movement driving mechanism comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder and a shear type lifting mechanism driven by the hydraulic oil cylinder, one end of the lower portion of the shear type lifting mechanism is hinged to a lower fixing support, the lower fixing support is fixed to a ship bottom plate, and the other end of the lower portion of the shear type lifting mechanism is hinged to the upper end of a hydraulic sliding block.
