Zusammenfassung:An air inlet channel made of a 3D printing aluminum alloy material is formed by printing an inner skin, an outer skin, an annular clamping hoop, an oblique crossing clamping hoop and a hanging connector layer by layer through an aluminum alloy 3D printing integrated forming machine by adopting AlSi10Mg material powder as a printing material, and the air inlet channel is of an integrated forming structure. According to the 3D printing aluminum alloy air inlet channel, the structure is integrally formed, the whole structure part is not provided with a connecting piece, and the risk that the connecting piece at the part falls off to damage an engine is effectively eliminated; as the structure is integrally formed and does not need to be assembled, the problem that the part is difficult to assemble in a narrow space is solved; meanwhile, the structure does not need a connecting piece, so that one or more layers of structures of the original connecting part can be omitted, and the weight is further reduced; and a
