Zusammenfassung:Aspects relate to activating out-of-order delivery (OOOD) on a user equipment (UE). An application programming interface (API) on the UE may set one or more configuration parameters for IP flow from the wireless network. The UE may then measure an IP flow, a traffic flow template (TFT), and/or a quality of service flow (QFI) from the wireless network to identify a measured IP flow from the wireless network that satisfies the one or more configuration parameters.
