Antibody-drug conjugates containing anti-mesothelin antibodies and uses thereof

The present disclosure provides an immunoconjugate comprising an antibody comprising an antigen binding fragment that specifically binds to an antigenic determinant in mesothelin, an N-glycan binding domain, and an N-glycan; a linker linked to the N-glycan; the effective load A and the effective load B are respectively conjugated with the connector; wherein the payload A and the payload B are the same or different.
