Comprising three ultrasonic sensors, a transmitting module, a transmitting gating switch module, a receiving module, a receiving gating switch module, an AD conversion module, a central processor module, a display module and a communication module, the three ultrasonic sensors transmit and receive primary ultrasonic signals in turn, ultrasonic propagation time between any two sensors is obtained through a secondary correlation algorithm, and the actual wind speed and wind direction can be obtained through calculation. The method has the advantages that the shielding effect generated by shielding of the ultrasonic sensor on wind is eliminated, the wind speed and wind direction measurement precision is improved, and meanwhile the influence of environmental factors such as temperature and humidity on the wind
