According to the invention, high-precision measurement of the reactor coolant pump at a low rotating speed can be realized; based on optical fiber sensing, compared with an existing rotating speed sensor of the reactor coolant pump, the rotating speed sensor has the advantage of resisting electromagnetic interference; according to the invention, miniaturization can be realized.
