Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a device and a method for detecting defects of a high-reflection machined surface, and belongs to the field of visual detection. The method comprises a rotating table, an image acquisition unit, a cambered surface light source and a control unit, the rotary table is used for accurately controlling the irradiation position of an object to be measured; the rotating table comprises a stepping motor, a speed reducer, a coupler, a flange shaft, a transition plate, a tailstock, a motor base, a bottom plate, a supporting frame and a rapid clamping device. The rapid clamping device is composed of a tailstock, a tip and a fixing pin. The fixing pin is connected with the locking plate and plays a role in positioning and torque transmission. The tip and the tailstock are matched to fix the two ends of an object to be measured, so that the device is suitable for crankshafts with different lengths while rapid clamping is met; the invention provides an illumination mode of partitioned light control |
