Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to copper-nickel alloy powder suitable for additive manufacturing. The copper-nickel alloy powder comprises 72%-78.5% of copper, 14%-18% of nickel, 6%-8% of chromium and 1.5%-2% of silicon. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding copper, nickel and chromium into a smelting crucible for smelting; after the copper, the nickel and the chromium are completely molten, cooling, adding silicon, and keeping the temperature for 5-15 minutes; the temperature is increased to 1300-1350 DEG C, atomization is carried out after silicon is completely melted, and the temperature of the tundish is controlled to be 1250-1350 DEG C; the positive pressure of the smelting chamber in the atomization process is greater than or equal to 15Kpa; and the gas atomization powder is screened, and alloy powder is obtained. Through the design of the formula and the improvement of the preparation process, the prepared powder material has excellent high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance and m
