Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for displaying a fructosyl transferase and glucose oxidase mixed enzyme preparation on a cell surface, which comprises the following steps: respectively fusing fructosyl transferase and glucose oxidase with pichia pastoris anchoring protein, and simultaneously displaying on the cell surface of pichia pastoris. The invention further discloses the pichia pastoris and application of the pichia pastoris in catalyzing sucrose to produce fructo-oligosaccharide. According to the invention, fructosyl transferase and glucose oxidase are simultaneously displayed on the surface of pichia pastoris, so that whole-cell catalytic production of fructo-oligosaccharide can be realized, inhibition effect of glucose on reaction can be eliminated, high enzymatic activity can be maintained, conversion rate of fructo-oligosaccharide can be increased, and yield of fructo-oligosaccharide can be increased.
