The invention relates to a preparation method of a GO/PLA (graphene oxide/polylactic acid) layer-by-layer self-assembled barrier film, which comprises the following steps: under the action of an electric field, alternately dipping polylactic acid films into a polyethyleneimine solution and a graphene oxide solution respectively for deposition, and repeating the alternate dipping operation for one or more times to obtain the barrier film.
