Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for quickly forming hydrogel through network shrinkage under an acidic condition, which comprises the following steps: (1) synthesizing dimer polypeptide with an alpha helical structure under the acidic condition, and preparing a polypeptide aqueous solution; (2) preparing a 4-arm-PEG-Mal aqueous solution; (3) respectively measuring the polypeptide aqueous solution and the 4-arm-PEG-Mal aqueous solution, adjusting the pH value, fixing the volume, dropwise adding the 4-arm-PEG-Mal aqueous solution to the upper part of the polypeptide aqueous solution, continuously oscillating, and oscillating on a shaking table to obtain a hydrogel solution; and (4) adjusting the hydrogel solution to be acidic, and shrinking the network to obtain the polypeptide/PEG network hydrogel. According to the invention, a material with excellent biocompatibility is adopted, and is shrunk under an acidic condition to form the hydrogel, so that a new way is provided for the preparation of the hydrogel.
