The discharging device comprises a discharging structure, a discharging groove is formed in the discharging structure, and an inlet of the discharging groove is arranged to be connected with a discharging opening of the stock bin; and the discharging monitoring structure is arranged on the discharging structure and is used for monitoring the discharging condition in the discharging groove. The embodiment of the invention provides a discharging device. The discharging device comprises a discharging structure and a discharging monitoring structure. The discharging monitoring structure can monitor the discharging condition in the discharging groove of the discharging structure.
