A plurality of diamond tool bits are arranged on the peripheral side wall through laser welding, and diamond coatings are formed on the first main surface and the second main surface through brazing. The laser welding composite brazing saw blade can play a role similar to a brush in the deep cutting process to discharge more cutting chippings and gravels; and the cyclone shape design can greatly reduce the cutting cooling efficiency, so that the cutting surface is prevented from being passivated due to overheating burn of the cutter head in a high-speed cutting state, and the optimal cutting performance is favorably kept.
