Every 1000 parts of the milk-based composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 800 to 900 parts of milk, 55 to 65 parts of white granulated sugar, 0.5 to 1.0 part of mono/diglycerol fatty acid ester, 3.0 to 3.5 parts of carrageenan, 0.3 to 0.6 part of gellan gum, 2.0 to 2.5 parts of locust bean gum, 3 to 5 parts of sodium alginate and the like. According to the milk-based composition disclosed by the invention, the composition raw materials are reasonably compounded, so that the composition has viscosity suitable for 3D printing at a 3D printing temperature, and the forming of a 3D printed product is ensured.
