According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, a method performed by a digital unit (DU) of a base station in a wireless communication system may comprise the steps of: configuring a segment extension field including additional information in a first control message; and transmitting a first control message to a radio unit (RU) of the base station, where the first control message includes information about one or more terminals scheduled in the base station.
