Device for treating stenosis along bile duct and/or pancreatic duct

A guidewire (10) for use along a bile duct and/or pancreatic duct is disclosed. The guidewire includes an elongate core member (12) having a proximal end region and a distal end region. A coil member (14) is arranged along the distal region. An actuation member (20) is coupled to the coil member. The actuation member is configured to transition the coil member between a first configuration and a compressed configuration. The coil member is configured to advance through a bile duct and/or pancreatic duct stenosis when in a compressed configuration.
