The welding process comprises the steps that S1, first soldering paste is brushed; s2, surface mounting of the surface-mounted component is carried out; s3, wave soldering is carried out; s4, circuit component plug-in is carried out; s5, brushing color-changing low-temperature soldering paste; and S6, reflow soldering is carried out. Two different welding modes and two different soldering pastes are adopted to replace an existing welding method, and the welding yield and quality of the emergency power supply circuit board are improved. 本发明属于电路板焊接技术领域,具体涉及一种应急电源电路板的焊接工艺。该焊接工艺步骤:步骤S1:刷1号焊锡膏;步骤S2:贴片元器件贴片;步骤S3:过波峰焊;步骤S4:电路元器件插件;步骤S5:刷变色低温焊锡膏;步骤S6:过回流焊。采用两种不同的焊接方式和两种不同的焊锡膏代替现有的焊接方法,提高应急电源电路板焊接的良品率和质量。
