The electrode receiving plate is fixed on the underframe; the electrode protection device is installed on the bottom frame and comprises a gear motor, a gear mechanism, a connecting rod mechanism and a protective cover, an output shaft of the gear motor is connected with the gear mechanism, the connecting rod mechanism is hinged to the protective cover, the gear mechanism drives the connecting rod mechanism to operate, and the protective cover is connected with the gear mechanism. Therefore, the protective cover is driven to expose or cover the electrode receiving plate.
