Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a laser and substance action enhancing method based on plasma absorption enhancement in the technical field of laser. The laser and substance action enhancing method comprises the following steps: enhancing laser pulse driving ion acceleration through a plasma waveguide target PW; the plasma waveguide target PW is composed of a hollow cylindrical metal channel of a rear plastic CH flat target; the interaction between the laser pulse and the plasma waveguide target PW comprises the following steps: step 1, selecting the laser pulse with normalized amplitude; step 2, the laser interacts with the plasma channel wall, and electrons pulled out of the plasma channel wall form a spiral electron beam; and step 3, the spiral electron beam is phase-locked to a negative electric field area of the TM mode longitudinal electric field, and a sheath electric field is generated behind the CH flat plate target. Electron beams can be utilized to extract and accelerate electrons from a channel wall by ut
