The construction method of the prognosis risk assessment model for the liver cancer patient comprises the following steps: acquiring correlation data of TNFRSF4 expression level and survival of the liver cancer patient; evaluating immune infiltration difference data of high and low expression of TNFRSF4 in the liver cancer tissue sample; obtaining a gene co-expression module related to high and low expression of TNFRSF4; and screening out IRGs significantly affecting survival prognosis of the liver cancer patient by using LASSO regression analysis, and calculating a risk score of each sample, thereby obtaining the prognosis risk assessment model for the liver cancer patient.
