Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an electric power material quality evaluation and sampling inspection method. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, acquiring historical data required for formulating an electric power material sampling inspection strategy; 2, establishing three electric power material quality evaluation indexes based on the historical data obtained in the step 1, and performing quality evaluation on the sampling inspection historical data of the electric power materials; 3, classifying the sampling inspection data of the electric power materials based on a fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm and the quality evaluation index provided in the step 2, and establishing a sampling inspection rate index of the electric power materials according to a classification result; and step 4, based on the sampling rate index in the step 3 and the historical data obtained in the step 1, training the neural network to form an intelligent sampling strategy of the electric power materials.
