Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for determining persistent organic pollutants by utilizing GC-MSMS and multi-tube vortex mixing. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating a sample, and then preparing a sample to be analyzed; and (2) enabling the obtained sample to be analyzed to pass through an organic membrane, and feeding the organic membrane to a gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry for sample introduction and determination. According to the method, 74 POPs contained in the sample can be detected at a time, the detection efficiency is greatly improved, the detection time is saved, the detection cost is greatly reduced, and the method has very high accuracy. 本发明公开了一种利用GC-MSMS和多管漩涡混合测定持久性有机污染物的方法:(1)样品预处理,然后制得待分析样;(2)将所得待分析样过有机膜,上气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱进样测定。本发明方法能够一次性检测到样品中含有的74种POPs,极大提高了检测的效率,节约了检测时间,大大降低了检测成本,并且具有很高的准确性。
