The invention discloses a method for determining persistent organic pollutants by utilizing GC-MSMS and multi-tube vortex mixing. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating a sample, and then preparing a sample to be analyzed; and (2) enabling the obtained sample to be analyzed to pass through an organic membrane, and feeding the organic membrane to a gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry for sample introduction and determination.
