Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a continuum bound state-based terahertz metal metasurface sensor, which is formed by periodically arranging a plurality of square metal metasurface units with the same structure, and is characterized in that each metal metasurface unit comprises a dielectric layer at the bottom, and a metal resonator layer covers the dielectric layer; the metal resonator layer is composed of a large resonant ring and a small resonant ring. When the to-be-detected object is arranged on the metasurface, the resonance frequency of the transmission spectrum of the metasurface can generate corresponding frequency shift, and the attribute of the to-be-detected object can be obtained by detecting the frequency shift degree of the resonance frequency.
