The method comprises the following steps: S1, determining the definition of a flying dust pollution source; s2, constructing a calculation method of a flying dust propagation attenuation model; s3, screening the types of the flying dust attenuation parameters; s4, performing multiple experiments through actual detection, and determining a calculation formula and a coefficient of each flying dust attenuation parameter in the formula (1); s5, changing the flying dust attenuation parameters, and verifying a formula (2) by comparing the actual TSP mass concentration with the calculated TSP mass concentration; and S6, based on the calculation result of the formula (2), performing evaluation in two situations.
