Comprising a shell and a chassis, and a containing space is defined by the shell and the chassis; the heat exchange assembly is arranged in the containing space and comprises a compressor, an evaporator and a condenser which are connected through a heat exchange pipeline; the battery pack is arranged in the accommodating space and is used for providing power for the air conditioner; the water diversion assembly is arranged in the containing space and used for collecting condensate water generated by the evaporator and guiding the collected condensate water to the surface of the battery pack so as to dissipate heat of the battery pack.
