The method comprises the following steps: 1, mounting the pre-embedded climbing cone in the pier; 2, mounting a bridge pier template; 3, pouring the bridge pier and removing the template; 4, mounting a bridge pier and a safety crawling ladder connecting piece; and 5, connecting the bridge piers wi
