Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a PET hydrolase IsPETase-cSP mutant enzyme with high thermal stability, a coding gene and an engineering bacterium, the PET hydrolase IsPETase-cSP mutant enzyme with high thermal stability is named as IsPETase S92P/D157A-cSP, the amino acid sequence of the IsPETase S92P/D157A-cSP is shown as SEQ ID NO.1, the melting temperature of the IsPETase S92P/D157A-cSP is measured to be greatly increased by a differential scanning fluorescence method, and the thermal stability of the IsPETase-cSP mutant enzyme is remarkably enhanced. When the IsPETase S92P/D157A-cSP is used for degrading the PET film, the degradation effect is obviously improved.
