The novel water-based antibacterial and anti-influenza A virus nano-material protective coating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of water, 30 to 50 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 10 to 25 parts of calcium carbonate, 10 to 25 parts of titanium dioxide, 3 to 15 parts of an auxiliary agent, 0.1 to 10 parts of modified graphene, 0.1 to 10 parts of a nano-metal material and 0.1 to 10 parts of a bactericide.
