Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical synthesis, and particularly relates to a preparation method of special initiator polyether polyol, which comprises the following steps: polymerizing a special initiator with alkylene oxide under the action of a composite catalyst to obtain the special initiator polyether polyol; wherein the special initiator is a mixture of a conventional initiator, micromolecular polyol and epoxidized fatty acid methyl ester; wherein the conventional initiator is one or more of cane sugar, sorbitol, hydramine, diethylene glycol, glycerol, propylene glycol and water; the micromolecular polyol is polyol with a saturated alkane or cycloalkane structure, and is one or more of pentaerythritol, neopentyl glycol, 1, 4 cyclohexanedimethanol and tricyclodecane dimethanol.
