Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for preparing (2S)-2-[[3-(methylsulfonyl L) phenoxy] methyl] ethylene oxide, and belongs to the field of medicine synthesis. The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking a compound 1 and sodium methanesulfinate as raw materials to react to obtain a compound 2; and (2) taking the compound 2 and (S)-(+)-m-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid glycidyl ester as raw materials to react to obtain a compound 3, namely (2S)-2-[[3-(methylsulfonyl L) phenoxy] methyl] ethylene oxide. The method for preparing the (2S)-2-[[3-(methylsulfonyl L) phenoxy] methyl] ethylene oxide has the advantages of easily available raw materials, mild reaction conditions, simple steps, low cost, safety, no toxicity and easiness in large-scale production, can obviously improve the yield and purity of the target product (2S)-2-[[3-(methylsulfonyl L) phenoxy] methyl] ethylene oxide, and has wide application prospects.
