Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing potassium chloride from sulfur-containing potassium ore, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) decomposition: adding water into the sulfur-containing potassium ore, stirring and decomposing to obtain decomposed ore pulp; (2) flotation: carrying out flotation on sylvite in the decomposed ore pulp to obtain sylvite concentrate; (3) hot leaching: mixing the potassium salt concentrate with the old brine obtained by evaporation, heating and leaching the obtained mixed ore pulp, and carrying out hot filtration separation to obtain a high-temperature hot filtrate; (4) carnallite cold analysis: carrying out cold analysis on the high-temperature hot filtrate to obtain carnallite; and (5) carnallite decomposition: adding water into carnallite, stirring and decomposing, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain potassium chloride.
