Bamboo stick manufacturing and forming process

The invention provides a bamboo stick manufacturing and forming process which comprises the following steps: S1, conveying raw materials including 5-10 parts by weight of cedarwood powder, 90-95 parts by weight of bamboo powder and 1-5 parts by weight of pine wood powder into a hopper, and then conveying the raw materials into a crusher through a discharge port of the hopper by a first conveyor belt for secondary crushing; s2, after secondary crushing, the materials are conveyed into a drying cylinder through an outlet of the crusher to be dried, and hot air is conveyed into the drying cylinder through the incinerator to dry the materials; s3, the dried materials are conveyed to a storage bin through a pipeline, dust and gas in the materials are separated out of the materials at a feeding port of the storage bin through a dust separator, and after separation, the materials are conveyed through an auger; and S4, the powder is pressed and conveyed to an extruder to be extruded and formed, bamboo sticks are form
