Zusammenfassung: | The diffusion welding-brazing composite connection method for the vapor chamber with the capillary core structure comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out surface treatment on to-be-welded parts of a machined upper bottom plate and a machined lower bottom plate; (2) cutting brazing filler metal and a capillary core according to the designed inner structure of the uniform-temperature plate, and cleaning and drying the capillary core and the brazing filler metal; (3) fixing the capillary core and the brazing filler metal in the cavities of the upper bottom plate and the lower bottom plate through resistance spot welding; (4) the upper bottom plate and the lower bottom plate are assembled and then put into a furnace for vacuum diffusion welding; (5) after diffusion welding is finished, the temperature continues to be increased to the brazing temperature for brazing; and (6) after brazing is finished, cooling and discharging are conducted, the uniform-temperature plate shell is subjected to finish machinin |
