Zusammenfassung:The hydrophilic and oleophylic oil-water separation metal net is formed by weaving titanium metal wires, the aperture of each mesh is 80-300 meshes, the diameter of each titanium metal wire is 80-300 microns, the surface of each titanium metal wire is provided with a porous nanometer film with the thickness of 10-30 microns, each porous nanometer film is of a porous structure which is formed by titanium nanowires and has the aperture of 5-25 microns, and the diameter of each titanium nanowire is 40-80 nm. When the metal net is used for oil-water separation, a layer of water film can be quickly formed after the titanium metal wire net is soaked in an alkaline solution at a high temperature and encounters water, oil can float on the surface of the water film, and the water film can enable water to continuously pass through meshes of the titanium metal net but can block oil liquid from passing. Therefore, the rapid oil-water separation function is realized. The metal net can realize rapid and efficient separatio
