Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of biomimetic mineralization and tissue engineering scaffold materials, in particular to a biomimetic mineralization silk fibroin scaffold material and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) performing induced self-assembly on silk fibroin to obtain a silk fibroin fiber matrix; 2) cross-linking the silk fibroin fibers obtained in the step 1) to obtain a cross-linked silk fibroin fiber mineralization matrix; and 3) mineralizing the cross-linked silk fibroin fiber mineralization matrix obtained in the step 2) in a mineralization solution to obtain the biomimetic mineralization silk fibroin scaffold material. The biomimetic mineralized silk fibroin scaffold material prepared by the preparation method is applied to bone tissue repair.
