Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a food sterilization technology, and particularly discloses a method for performing cold sterilization on chicken breast by a high-voltage barbed electric field, which comprises the following steps: selecting a salmonella enteritidis single colony, culturing in a TSB broth culture medium, and culturing in a shaking table at 37 DEG C for 12 hours to a stable phase; diluting the salmonella enteritidis bacterial liquid with sterile normal saline; inoculating the surface of chicken breast with the diluted salmonella enteritidis liquid; and performing bur electric field treatment on the chicken breast to obtain the sterilized chicken breast.
