The method comprises the following steps: acquiring original data of a near space atmospheric environment; preprocessing the original data to obtain preprocessed data; establishing a near space atmospheric change range based on the preprocessed data, and screening and judging the preprocessed data based on the near space atmospheric change range to obtain effective data; performing gridding processing on the effective data to obtain a test data source; and inputting an evaluation object, matching the evaluation object with the test data source based on a principle of proximity matching to obtain a matching result, and testing and evaluating the matching result. According to a large amount of observation data statistical results, the threshold range of near space temperature, density, air pressure, weft wind, warp wind, wind speed and wind direction is reasonably formulated.
