Comprising the following steps: converting obtained technical parameters, historical and real-time operation data, user historical power consumption data, historical distributed power generation data, corresponding weather data and weather forecast data of the power distribution network into graph data by using a graph database construction method, and then constructing a power distribution network graph database; and based on the power distribution network graph database, analyzing the operation state of the power distribution network by using a power distribution network parallel power flow analysis method, a power supply path analysis method, a user power consumption curve analysis method and a distributed power generation prediction data analysis method to obtain an analysis result of the operation state of the power distribution network.
