The invention discloses a fluidized bed drying system and a drying method for glycolide. The drying system comprises a buffer tank, a fluidized bed dryer, a cyclone separator, a drying tower group, an air blower and a heater which are sequentially connected through a pipeline, according to the drying method, dry nitrogen enters a fluidized bed dryer through a spray pipe or a nozzle to be in contact with glycolide and vaporizes water contained in the glycolide, water-containing nitrogen after absorbing water vapor carries a part of glycolide solid particles and enters a cyclone separator, and a water-containing nitrogen gas phase and a glycolide solid phase are separated; the gas-phase water-containing nitrogen becomes low-pressure dry nitrogen after being dewatered by the drying tower, and becomes high-pressure dry nitrogen after being pressurized by the air blower, and the high-pressure dry nitrogen returns to the fluidized bed dryer and is recycled.
