The hinge comprises a hinge shaft and a guide groove which are matched with each other, the hinge shaft is arranged on the front side of the top of the refrigerator body. The guide groove is formed in the top end of the refrigerator door. The hinge shaft extends downwards in the vertical direction. The lower ends of the hinge shafts are inserted into the corresponding guide grooves; in the process that the refrigerator door body is opened by 90 degrees from a closed state, the outer side edge of the front end face of the refrigerator door body moves inwards along the side face of the cabinet body through guide fit of the guide groove and the hinge shaft; in the process that the refrigerator door body continues to be opened by 90 degrees, the refrigerator door body does circular motion around the side edge of the front end face of the cabinet body through guide fit of the guide groove and the hinge shaft.
