The invention provides a transporting and erecting all-in-one machine and a self-locking type anchoring device thereof.The device comprises supporting legs, a connecting mechanism and a limiting mechanism, the supporting legs are arranged on piers, containing grooves are formed in the piers, the limiting mechanism is connected with the supporting legs through the connecting mechanism, and the limiting mechanism is arranged in the containing grooves; the limiting mechanism limits the displacement of the supporting legs relative to the pier in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction; the containing groove comprises a first side wall and a second side wall which are opposite in the first horizontal direction. The limiting mechanism comprises a first limiting assembly and a second limiting assembly. The first limiting assembly can abut against the first side wall and the second side wall of the containing groove and limit displacement of the supporting leg in the first horizontal direction.
