Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a dyeing and finishing process of a high-color-fastness white splicing fabric. The dyeing and finishing process comprises the following steps: S1, pretreatment of polyester fibers; s2, spinning the pretreated polyester fibers to obtain yarns; s3, the yarn is dyed in the dye emulsion and subjected to color fastness treatment in the dyeing finishing liquid, the yarn is added into a sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate aqueous solution with the mass fraction being 75% for reduction washing so that dye in a fiber amorphous region can be dispersed out, then heating and shaping are conducted at the temperature of 180-190 DEG C, and after shaping is finished, the yarn is subjected to drying treatment; carrying out reduction washing again in a sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 75% at 120-130 DEG C, and finally drying and sizing for later use; and S4, spinning the yarns obtained in the step S3 to obtain the high-color-fastness white splicing fabric.
