Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a Cr-improved Ti-Al-Si coating and a preparation method, the coating is prepared on the surface of a titanium or titanium alloy workpiece, and the high-temperature oxidation resistance of the workpiece is improved. The coating is characterized in that a Ti-Al binary alloy phase layer, a Ti-Al/Ti-Si mixed phase layer, a Ti (Al, Si, Cr) 3 phase layer and an Al2O3 layer are sequentially formed outwards from a matrix. The preparation method of the coating comprises the following steps: placing a titanium or titanium alloy workpiece subjected to surface pretreatment in a hot dipping box full of argon protection, firstly carrying out hot dipping in an Al-Cr alloy melt pool, then carrying out hot dipping in an Al-Si alloy melt pool, then extracting and throwing away redundant hot dipping liquid on the surface of the workpiece, carrying out water quenching and drying, and finally carrying out high-temperature pre-oxidation treatment.
