Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a nucleic acid aptamer of an N protein of a porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) and application of the nucleic acid aptamer. Candidate nucleic acid aptamers aiming at PRRSV N protein are screened from a nucleic acid library by utilizing an affinity chromatography column method, the aptamers with higher repetition rate are selected through sequencing comparison, and the aptamers are subsequently evaluated through sequence analysis, secondary structure prediction, affinity and specificity determination and the like. Finally, two PRRSV N protein nucleic acid aptamers with excellent binding force and specificity are obtained, and a favorable technical support is provided for the development of a subsequent PRRSV detection technology and the establishment of an enzyme-linked aptamer method.
