Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an aldehyde-group-containing naphthalimide derivative fluorescent probe as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the fluorescent probe comprises the following steps: reacting 4-bromo-1, 8-naphthalic anhydride (I) with n-butylamine to obtain a brominated naphthalimide derivative (II); reacting the brominated naphthalimide derivative (II) with acetohydroxamic acid to obtain a naphthalimide derivative (III) containing a hydroxyl group; the naphthalimide derivative (III) containing the hydroxyl group reacts with hexamethylenetetramine to obtain the naphthalimide derivative (IV) containing the aldehyde group and the hydroxyl group, and the fluorescent probe is used for preparing a fluorescent probe coating.
