Zusammenfassung: | A method for enhancing low-temperature denitrification performance of anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria comprises the following steps: acquiring anaerobic ammonium oxidation original inoculant cultured at an initial culture temperature above 20 DEG C; the cultivation temperature is reduced to 15 DEG C, and cultivation is conducted for 1-5 days; the cultivation temperature is reduced to 3-6 DEG C, and cultivation is conducted for 1-5 days; raising the cultivation temperature to 10-15 DEG C, and cultivating for 1-3 days; and repeating the steps at least once. In a sewage treatment system, by adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the activity and denitrification stability of inoculated anaerobic ammonia oxidation sludge can be remarkably improved, and the engineering applicability and low-temperature adaptability of anaerobic ammonia oxidation are greatly improved.
