Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a system and a method for continuously and industrially producing high-molecular-weight crude PGA (polyglycolide), which are characterized in that in a polyglycolide PGA device of 1-300 thousand tons per year, three different types of polymerization reactors connected in series are adopted, and polymerization reaction is carried out step by step to obtain the high-molecular-weight crude PGA. By adopting the system and the method, the conversion rate of the polymerization reaction is 75-95%, the molecular weight of the polyglycolide PGA is greater than 150000, and large-scale industrial continuous production of the polyglycolide PGA product is realized. And moreover, the equipment is simple in type and convenient and easy to operate, and can be applied to preparation of a polyglycolide product by a polyglycolide PGA industrial production device. 本发明公开了一种连续工业化生产高分子量粗PGA的系统和方法,在1~30万吨/年聚乙交酯PGA装置中,采用串联三个不同型式聚合反应器,逐级进行聚合反应得到高分子量粗PGA。采用此系统和方法,聚合反应转化率为75%~95%,聚乙交酯PGA的分子量大于150000,实现大规模工业化连续生产聚
