Zusammenfassung:The method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining specifically expressed protein DPY30 in Y sperms of the milk goats, then packaging goat DPY30 gene interference lentivirus, injecting the goat DPY30 gene interference lentivirus into testis of a stud ram, collecting semen of the stud ram after 47d, identifying the semen quality and the proportion of the X sperms and the Y sperms in upstream sperms, and determining the female lamb rate of the offspring of the milk goats according to the semen quality and the proportion of the X sperms and the Y sperms. After artificial insemination with the semen of the breeding ram injected with the DPY30 gene interference lentivirus, the female lamb rate reaches 58.20% and is increased by 22.08%, and the number of born female lambs is remarkably increased.
