Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a method for manufacturing an excitation element capable of producing, at low cost, an inner peripheral surface of a bonded magnet press-fitted into a housing that satisfies desired accuracy. The present invention is a method for manufacturing an excitation element (F) in which a cylindrical bonded magnet (2), in which magnet particles are bonded by a thermosetting resin, is fixed inside a substantially bottomed cylindrical case (1). Comprising a softening step of reheating and softening the bonded magnet after the heat curing treatment and a press-in step of pressing the softened bonded magnet into the housing from an opening at one side of the housing. The housing has a cylindrical portion (11) in which at least a fixing portion (113) to which the magnet is bonded is made of a magnetic material, and a cover portion (12) coupled to the other side of the cylindrical portion. In the press-fitting step, the bonded magnet is relatively fed into the cylindrical portion while allowing a relative postur |
