| Zusammenfassung: | A method for producing an antibody-drug conjugate composition, which comprises: (i) a step of reacting an antibody with a reducing agent to obtain an antibody having a thiol group; and (ii) a step of reacting the drug linker intermediate with the antibody having the thiol group obtained in step (i), wherein step (i) is performed until the composition ratio of the antibody having four heavy-light inter-chain thiol and the composition ratio of the antibody having four heavy-heavy inter-chain thiol reach stable values.
